About Me
Hi, I’m Jordan.

I’m a software and business consultant at Seven Hills Technology focused on helping companies solve hard problems with technology. I design systems, lead teams, and work closely with organizations to turn unclear ideas into clear plans and real products that actually ship.
I’ve spent years working across different industries and environments, and one thing has become very obvious. The hardest part of building software usually isn’t the code. It’s defining the problem well, aligning people around it, and making smart decisions early. When that part is done right, everything downstream gets easier.
I’m especially interested in clarity, execution, and building things that hold up in production. I like solving messy problems, simplifying complex systems, and helping teams move faster without sacrificing quality.
Here I share practical lessons, insights, and observations from what I’m seeing across projects, teams, and the industry. Think of it as notes from someone actively doing the work, not just talking about it.
