About Me
Hi, I’m Jordan.

I'm a software & business consultant at Seven Hills Technology, where I help companies figure out what to build and then actually build it.
Most of my work lives in that messy space between "we have an idea" and "we have a product." I design systems, lead teams, and spend a lot of time in rooms helping people get on the same page before anyone opens a code editor. Turns out that's where most of the real work happens.
I've been doing this across different industries for a while now, and honestly, I just like solving problems. The messier, the better. Give me something tangled and unclear and I'm happy.
This blog is where I share what I'm picking up along the way. Lessons from real projects, things I'm noticing across the industry, stuff I wish someone had told me earlier. No theory for theory's sake. Just notes from someone who's in it every day, trying to get better at the work.
Glad you're here.
